Therapy is a real investment, and you deserve to know exactly what you're investing in before you start. I keep this process as transparent as possible so there are no surprises along the way. Session Rates
Sessions are held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and goals.
A standard session is $200 for 55 minutes
Some EMDR clients benefit from longer sessions, so I also offer $270 for 75 minutes and $325 for 90 minutes
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session and processed securely online. You'll complete a credit card authorization form up front, so payment happens automatically and you don't have to think about it session to session.
Insurance: Out-of-Network
I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly, but your plan may still reimburse you for a portion of what you pay.

Common Questions About Cost
Do you take insurance directly? No, I'm out-of-network, but most PPO plans offer some reimbursement, and Thrizer makes that process simple.
Does insurance cover EMDR specifically? Coverage depends on your specific plan, but EMDR is billed the same way as a standard therapy session, so if your plan reimburses for therapy, it typically covers EMDR too.
Do you offer a sliding scale? Rates are listed above and reflect my current fee structure. If cost is a barrier, let's talk about it directly on your consultation call.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of therapy services. This estimate will provide you with a clear understanding of the financial aspects of your treatment. You will receive your Good Faith Estimate:
within 3 business days of your initial consultation
at least one business day before your scheduled service
whenever there are significant changes to your treatment plan
