Talk Therapy for Women, Online

Get clear on where your patterns come from, and real tools to start changing them.

Talk therapy helps you build the kind of self-awareness that goes somewhere: understanding not just what you do, but why, plus concrete ways to shift your thoughts and behaviors so things start to feel different. My approach is insight-oriented, meaning we spend real time on the "why" underneath your patterns, alongside practical skills you can actually use.

Talk Therapy or EMDR?

If you're not sure yet why you do what you do, or want to build that understanding along with real tools for change, talk therapy is usually the right place to start. If you already know exactly why you do what you do and it still hasn't changed how you feel, EMDR is probably a better fit. A lot of clients end up doing both, starting with talk therapy to build the awareness, then adding EMDR once they're ready to work with what's underneath it.

You Don't Have to Keep Figuring This Out Alone

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start therapy. That's kind of the point of starting. If you're ready to understand yourself in a way that leads to real change, not just more insight, reach out.

I offer online talk therapy in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Maine. Sessions are held over telehealth, so you can do this work from wherever's most comfortable for you.
